Ryan has over 15 years of experience working in early childhood development.   He is a nurturing and enthusiastic teacher who likes to provide an environment that supports physical and emotional health.  Ryan currently sets up all our outside playgrounds and gives the teachers their breaks.  When he is not on the playground he will go and help out in the classrooms where needed.  It is so wonderful to have a positive male role model for the children. His daughter is in 3rd grade at the school of the Madeline.
